How it all started?
Chris Roumeliotis, is no newcomer to real estate. In fact he received his real estate sales license in 2007 all while working on the team that landed the Curiosity rover on Mars. Chris currently conducts real estate sales and works at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Deputy Flight System Engineer leading a team which is sending a spacecraft to Jupiter’s icy moon Europa to investigate its habitability and aid in the selection of a landing site for the future Europa Lander.
Chris graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2004 with a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Business. He later graduated from the University of Southern California in 2009 with a Masters Degree in Systems Architecture Engineering with an emphasis on Spacecraft Design and Robotics.
After an early twenties move to Pasadena, California he quickly realized that the cost of living is unbearable in Southern California for most families. Armed with his real estate experience and his knack for solving problems as an engineer, he started Chronos Real Estate to help his clients find and execute on opportunities that create enduring value that stand the test of time.
